IMHO.

Yes, smith's are not hyundai's and keep their value better. But still, it's just a tool. If a nice smith gets totally wore out, it would have to have a heck of a lot of rounds through it. Plus you can still get them fixed. And if it really truly got wore out, you slap it up on the wall to still look at. Because a gun with honest to goodness wear are the best looking ones. But stainless? I mean. It's not going to be THAT bad unless you throw it down a gravel driveway or something.
