That is a Lyman
429352 that has been obsolete for many years. As C&L said it is a 250 Gr. flat-base wadcutter. Accurate Molds sells a virtually exact copy of this bullet mold for either hand or machine casting. Maybe where Matt's Bullets got their molds for this bullet.
