Why do people feel the need to add aftermarket parts to a gun to try to get another round into it? The gun already is an 8 shot gun, which is not bad. Also, the recoil spring assembly and the magazine springs appear to be about as light as the manufacturer could go without jeopardizing reliability. Personally, I would not risk the long term effects of adding such an extension to the gun. Just buy some spare magazines.
