I carry a full size 1911 OWB and have no trouble concealing it. It really is all about the shirt and how you wear it. I carry at 9 o'clock because I'm a lefty, but you might consider 3 o'clock. The reason for this has to do with bending over. With the gun back as far as you have it in the pics, the grip will poke out when you sit or bend over. Just something to think about.
More importantly is the spare mag position. Move it over to the left more. I carry mine directly opposite the gun, but it can be more forward if you like. The reason for this is ease of manipulation. Do you insert the mag with your right hand? Probably not. So, put it where your left hand can get it easily.
