About two months ago I stopped by a small local gun shop, me and the owner are on good terms. If I see something I want I just tell him to hold it for me, as long as I come in with cash in a few days .

The owner was busy on the phone, and they were getting ready to close for the day, they were moving the guns to the vault etc.

I spotted a nice Model 18-2 with a price of 550 on it. I didn't want to bother the owner who has always treated me right so I didn't interrupt him or slow down their shutting the place up for the night,

They open at 9:30, I was there with cash in hand at 10:00, it sold at 9:45.
Good manners cost me that one !!!
