I bought these two police trade in guns - about 265.00 each if I recall. They were both dry as a bone inside the actions, but with a bit of cleaning and the correct lubrication, they are quite smooth and very good shooters - DAO - NYPD trades. Altamont grips on them now - they came with very nasty rubber grips that had far more wear than the rest of the gun.
Really fun to shoot, but don't try shooting anything with even a slightly high primer - ask me how I know about that.
