My own CS45 was a gun show find back in 2016 and I think I did quite well on the price... ... certainly so relative to what I've had to pay for top condition 3rd Gens lately.

Funny thing about that sweet CS45 find: It was the one time in my long, sorry life that I went to a show without enough cash money in my pocket for even one good score. And to make matters worse, my ATM card wouldn't work in the foreign ATM and was ultimately swallowed by the ATM machine. It took most of that Saturday afternoon to come up with enough cash to do the deal, but it was worth it.
