Yes and now they've moved it to 4 1/4" bbl. due to Canada's rules. The rule-making body of IDPA drives me nuts. The clear bias against moonclips is ludicrous and supposedly caused by revo shooter who was using speedloaders and strenuously objected to moonclips. If I use moonclips I must meet a much higher power factor. Making rules to suit ONE loud complainer is bush league stuff!!!
