I'm not LE and even though I live in one of the most dangerous cities in the US and in a bad side of town, for me, personally. It's highly unlikely there's, going to be a firefight where I'm going to need another firearm much less a reload of the primary one. It'll likely be over in seconds and in one or two shots. And if there's going to be a fight over a weapon, it's going to be me fighting to disarm the other guy who pulled his weapon on me.

Again being a civilian, I see no scenario where I'd need to carry two firearms on me. Others can and will do whatever they want...
