I use Hogue bantams on my 6XX's sans my 642 which is fine for me. I like the round butt aspects of the 6XX's but I'm not sure how familiar you are with that. They will have more of a roll-up to them much like using a SA. I use S/A's a lot and I like the rolling features of them. If you do decide to switch to the bantams, just let it roll-up and don't try to fight it.
