I did not know there was an R8 non-PC.
Anyways, my M&P R8 is Performance Center. Such a joy to shoot.
And yes, it is still drilled and tapped with an attachable top rail, screws, and threaded plugs (if you are not using top rail like me at the moment) included in the box.
