I rarely ever pocket carry or carry IWB. They just don't work for me. I'm much more comfortable with a good OWB concealment holster. A good holster and belt can make a large gun disappear under nothing more than a T-shirt.
The two guns that I normally carry are a 1911 Commander or a S&W 642 when I'm feeling lazy.
However, to me the ultimate carry revolver is a 3" K-frame. Its big enough to shoot well, yet small enough to conceal. I like a 3" barrel as it gives a slightly longer sight radius and a full length ejector rod while not giving up anything on concealment.
I have 3" Models 10 and 13. Love 'em! While I usually do carry one of the other guns, from time to time, I do pull out one of the 3 inchers and carry it for a while. Just because I like 'em so much.
