All the 4566s I've ever seen or handled had fixed Novak sights, like mine. (Excuse the glaring 'bling' of the hard-chroming
)
By the way, ... my FFL found mine for me at CDNN about 10-11 yrs ago now. This was back when various flavors of ex-L.E. 'trade-in' 3rd Gens were hitting the Pre-Owned market. IIRC, I paid $375-ish before tax and shipping.
