Just picked up a Ruger LCPii. My wife has the LCP first generation. After the shooting in White Settlement Texas, my church began the discussion on concealed carry upon my prompting. Understanding that the first rule of a gunfight is "have a gun" and that handguns themselves are a compromise, I opted for the LCPII. It has an extended magazine for better grip bit doesn't allt for extra rounds. I love my Shield, but it doesn't always work with my dress style. I CC'd it to church last week. The LCPII will ride in a leather IWB holster and a pocket holster, depending upon dress.
Update: this may be a 7 round magazine.
