See I would like to own one of the British conversion jobs. They would make a neat conversation piece and I've always had a thing for conversion pieces. Not any old basement gunsmithing piece mind you. Pieces that showed some work went into them, but I do like them. That one looks like something a character in a Berkely Mather or Hammon Innes (both were British novelists) novel would have carried. Especially the captain of a slightly disreputable "fishing boat" meandering along the coasts of Africa or the owner of an "import-export" business in Kuala Lumpar during the Malayan Emergency (1948-1960).
