I picked up this Victory, yesterday , at a LGS.
4", .38 Special, parkerized, 5 screw,grooved trigger, lanyard loop, no US Property or flaming bomb markings, SN V252043. It has a little muzzle wear on the park, grips are dark with no visible markings.
