Picked it up today. Very nice. I do have a question. It looked like rust around the hammer, the safety area and on some of the pins. It would wipe off and looked like brown rusty residue. Have any of you seen that on these or other Smiths?

I field stripped it, not the easiest 1911, pretty tight. Really dirty from the factory, will shoot tomorrow.
