Florida is a large state that will take you many hours to drive from one end of it to the other. Different areas of Florida have nothing in common with each other with virus infections hospital beds or populations. How are you going to paint the entire state with one brush. And again yes hospital admins have a agenda big time and there are many different state and private owned hospitals across the state.
