I think the lack of replies here indicates that we aren't sure what you are asking. There aren't many 27s that need polishing depending on what you mean by polish. All I've ever done with mine is clean them well and then add a light coat of Renaissance wax. If you think you have an issue maybe post a picture or two. Heck, post the pictures anyway, we love to see 27s.
