We also like to take our bikes out for a nice ride.
But when the weather's not cooperating we have a home spin bike and an elliptical cross trainer to get some home cardio.
I'll ride the spin bike.
And my wife'll use the elliptical.
We go for 'bout an hour. Helps to keep us healthy and fit.
