Within my experience, the 1006s are excellent guns. I had both fixed and adjustable sighted versions. They reliably handle any and all 10MM ammo without need of extra heavy or double recoil springs, buffers, extra power mainsprings, etc. Yea, I admit it; the S&W 10XX series are my favorite 10MM semi-autos
