I don't recall the name, but it was the gun shop north of Whidbey Island Naval Air Station (Washington State) on Monkey Hill Rd. It's been years, and the memory is apparently going.
My best ever PPC revolver was built by Royce Weddle in Oklahoma. Another good PPC builder was Fred Schmidt in Virginia. He built my IPSC 45 auto for me and also built PPC revolvers for brother officers on the team.
I imagine that all of these guys are either retired or passed by now.
