OK ... I take it back ...The Walther P38 is NOT ugly .

After 6 years of shooting and working up loads , even with cast
semi-wadcutter bullets , I've come to appreciate how well it handles and how accurate it is . I doubt the P08 would function with cast bullet SWC reloads like the P38 does ... in fact I've tried a lot of different bullets , profiles , weights, cast lead , plated and jacketed types and the P38 will feed them all once the correct OAL is established . That's impressive .
She may not look as sexy as the P08 ... but Daddy was right ...it is the better design ...and she's gotten a lot better looking to me over the last 6 years.
I was wrong - P38's Looking Good !
