They all shoot great.
I prefer to use the Mauser made ones, not because they are better, but because they are more recent.
The easiest to shoot is perhaps the .30 Luger. The sight radius is longer, the front sight is slightly better and the caliber is a trifle milder. But since it is my oldest one(it's 111 years old
) it is the one I shoot the least.
As for ammo. When I find good factory ammo in 115 grs that is what I use(that is their preference in the accuracy deparment). When not available(nowadays 124 grs is more common here), I reload. The exception is the .30 I mostly use reloaded ammo on it.
