I highly doubt that any LGS would hold Primers for an "out-of-towner" (in this crises) instead of selling them to one of their good loyal customers. I could be wrong but if YOU were the proprietor, wouldn't you?

I know you have been thinking of any possibility of securing components, (as we all have) but this is just the reality of the situation. If you have the time to stop at a few LGS along the way you might luck out and find a few on the shelves - but that would be just be a case of being in the right place at the right time.
