Those look like Micro sights to me, both front and rear. The name may be impressed on one or both of the components. The company was active in the '50s and '60s. It was started by guys who originally worked for the King Gun Sight Co., but left and founded Micro when the King operation got sketchy. Litigation ensued, and bad feelings all around.

Both King and Micro aftermarket sights are of excellent quality.
