Bought a brand new 9mm EZ and took it to the range yesterday. The first magazine ran without a problem. I'm running name brand ammo only.
The second magazine would not load, the cartridge jams at the very top of the ramp. It does this on both magazines. Bought an extra magazine and it's the same result. You have to bump, very lightly, the back of the slide to seat the round.

I polished the ramp until it shined, still no joy. Even hand cycling jams every round.

Switched to name brand hollow points and it still jams.

Any ideas?
