As to looking for a 180 grain bullet for SD...if you want a jacketed, Sierra makes a 170 grain and if you can find them Remington has a 200. Barnes has a solid copper HP that is 180 grains I think. Several companies use them in their loads. I was just shooting some Federal from a 4" Taurus Tracker a couple of days ago. I believe the velocity was in the mid-1200s. Kick is mild compared to a 210.
GT Bullets made a 175 cast HP...I use it in several of my guns...

For a target load 8.0 grains of Unique is your friend...just stick any bullet on to of it for a very very accurate load...
