Howdy Folks,
I came across something odd that I cannot explain why I have. I was going through a box that I have had for quite some time (maybe over 10 years +) trying to minimize my stuff.
I saw a small green rubberized pouch (very military) at the bottom of a this box. I open the snapped cover and discovered a .50 BMG Timing Gage.
For the life of me, I cannot recall why I would have this. My grandfather was in WWII and he gave me a Italian Carcano Rifle but this Timing Gage has me baffled.
Could this have been my dads? He gave me alot of stuff before he passed, I would have surely recalled this item.
Anyway... I googled this and they seem to be out of stock in the sites that I clicked.
Is this a find that is popular with the military 50 BMG shooting crowd or just a run of the mill item?
Inquiring mind wants to know as I continue to dig deep in my memory banks.
