In a past life I have spent a week in the mountains and I always took 2 rifles. When bird hunting out of state I always took 2 shotguns. I have always thought that being a long way from home with a broken gun and no spare would ruin a hunting trip. Now I only hunt on the homestead and I put 5 shells in my M70 and after I kill 2 deer I replace those 2 in the mag. If I run out of bullets or the gun breaks it's just a short walk to the house. Larry
