Pistol caliber carbines are ultra cool...I bought an IMI Timberwolf in .357 Magnum and hard chrome factory finish in the mid-90's for $225...The thing was scary accurate out to fifty yards open sights...Not having seen one anywhere in years, I took it to a gunshow to gauge the interest...I had found old completed sales of blued .44's at $1200 and up, so to anyone who asked I said it's $1900...
Most people never even heard of it and thought I was nuts...A few knew what it was but tried to steal it...After telling one guy what I knew of IMI/Action Arms and their guns, he offered me $1500 which I turned down...On my way out of the show, he raised it to $1600 cash on the spot...I said yes and re-invested in a few Smittys...
