Totally agree with that assessment. No question the RM has a LOT going for it - original finish (would like to see pictures of the left side grip strap to confirm no rework dates) and configuration, short barrel, and matching grips. The wear indicates possible police usage but the documentation does not confirm that. Also, based on the blurry pictures of the lettering on the top of the box, it appears to be a medium sized box; a small sized box would probably have been used by the factory for the 3.5” barrel length.
I missed the listing altogether and did not see it until this thread, but even though I would love to own that RM, I would not want to have $14K in it if I had to sell it.
