The Model 66 normally shipped with target stocks, as indicated on the box label. Those are made of Goncalo Alves, which was also normal on a Model 66 of this vintage.

The serial number puts manufacture in 1975, as noted above. It might have shipped in 1976, as only a letter can tell you for certain.
