Had this monogramed flapper made in Rosebud ,Texas saddle shop in 1982.
I have ridden on horseback with it carrying Model 29-2 4" and MODEL 27-2 5" in Montana and Texas since '82. Belt made at Waco saddle shop. Flappers protect guns from brush while bushwhacking on horseback and also keeps hammer from rubbing sore on your forearm while riding.
