I don't pretend to know Canadian law but..... If it is possible and you decide to destroy the weapons.
May I respectfully suggest that you break them up for parts.
There is a decent amount of money in older collector parts to keep the pistols in the U.S. running.
Slides, hammers. trigger bars, extractors and other parts can bring a decent penny.
