Never did anything for me, looks or feel. I got one recently that looked new/unused in the box with one of my N-frames and I did what I always do with them, call a friend up, tell him I have another one I don't want/need, and get enough for it to buy me lunch. Last time it was $10. He offered it, and I took it. It was worth the drive to the halfway point for both of us. Anything that fits an S&W K, L, or N and I don't want it, he will take it. If I didn't want to keep them for future resale, I have a half dozen sets of magna grips sitting around doing nothing.
