I just received a shipment from Outdoor Limited, and I'm reasonably happy. I purchased 250 rounds of 9mm (115gr FMJ) by MaxxTech (Made in Bosnia) for just a hair under $0.87/round - and that included <$18 for shipping. So not the best price I've ever paid but quite competitive with today's going rates that I have been able to find.

They had reloads for less and US-made stuff for more, but this was a good price for this many rounds of first-gen factory-made ammo. It also didn't make any sense to purchase any less than 250 rounds, not only based on the S/H cost but for the simple fact I needed at least that much.

I am satisfied, and will add them to my list of reliable sources.
