Do you have the photos on your computer? If so, look at the top bar at the top of the "reply" space. See the smiley face? There is a "paper clip" on its right. Click that and you'll get a popup titled "Manage Attachments." Top line says "upload file from your computer." After it uploads, hit the "upload" button. That's it. Then, finish any typing and submit.
