I have the first shield and the Plus. I don't go anywhere without the plus now. For me it hits all the check marks for a CC gun. Plus it fits all my first gen holsters. The grip feels like S&W came to my house and measured my hand and built the grip just for me. Naturally points where I am looking. The only other guns that have felt that nice are the CZ-75's and there clones. Plus 14 rounds. I am still waiting for Magnuts to release their extensions.
