Default Remember your high school physics?

I only just got this one:

Edit: My physics is so shaky it's measured in Richter units, so I looked up the process behind this. For those in a similar condition, this describes the principle behind red- and blue- shift. Hmmm.... now does a high-speed bullet experience red shift?
