I in no way consider myself an expert... Here I go (all subjective).

The Colt Python has a trigger job and is fitted with a Green Fiber Optic Smith front sight. Very nice gun and shoots better than a stock Python. Loved the modified sight and was by far the easiest to get on Target. IMHO... the best looking of the three.

The PC 627 Lew Horton has the 6.5" barrel and is completely stock. Trigger throw was long for me and I caught myself several times anticipating the break. The gold bead front sight can blend into the target in low light.

The PC 627 on the right is my "Hot Rod" gun and has had extensive work. It is a 5.5" barrel and has Magna-Port. I prefer to shoot this more than any of my other guns. The balance was there for me and I was more accurate today with this one. Might look into the fiber optic front sight mod after my experience with the Colt today.

All of them are a dream to shoot. Personal preference I think.
