I think it was a Springfield (cheap model, not Springfield Armory) single shot cock it by hand. Got it for Christmas. Before that, my brother's Winchester 74, semi and an accurate rifle and I toted that gun for miles...but it wasn't mine. I have one now for nostalgia.

The first .22 I bought was a Model 250 lever action rifle. I still have it.
