While sitting here listing to the birds chirp and drinking coffee that may sound like a lot of power, in real life combat I'm not so sure about that.

In Jeff Cooper's red book he talks about meeting a former SS Officer who fought on the Eastern Front. He said in one battle he took 3 rounds to the shoulder from a burp gun and did not even know he'd been hit until later when he was cleaning up. Unless a small caliber pistol round hits a bone it highly likely to just punch through causing little damage.
