You have a couple of options.
The sights are probably Trijicons, so you could send the whole slide off to Trijicon for relamping.
Not very expensive.
Go to their website for instructions.
You can replace only the rear blade, but you will also need to buy a new windage nut and screw.
The non-illuminated sights (front and rear) are sold by S&W or one of the retailers like Midway, Brownells, or Numrich.
