Got a response from S&W, "The 5.7 is being manufactured and shipped I do not have eyes on what distributors have it in stock I would suggest trying to purchase the firearm through an online dealer and have it shipped to your local dealer for transfer."
...but the ten I found online that listed it all show 'Out of Stock'.

I saw the M&P 10mm on 'the auction sites' soon after they were announced, for 150% of MSRP of course, and put one on order with each of the area stores right away but still waited 4+ months to get my hands on one. Hoping this wait won't be as long.
