Forte, Nice basic looking carbine. Everything you need and nothing you don't. I have been using the heat resistant polymer ladder rail covers for years to tame the bite of the cheese grater rails. The ladder covers don't add any bulk to the rails, they protect your hand from the sharp edges and also protect the rails from inadvertent damage. I got mine from a vendor on Ebay.
