Probably isn't a scandium frame and doesn't have the strength. Or the over $1K price tag that would go with it. I think .32 H&R is at the same pressure as .38 Spl+P.
I haven't found any advertised weight, but I'm guessing around 15-17 oz. depending on grip choice.
