The Gerber Guardian is a nice boot knife designed by Loveless.
I still have one and gave others as gifts to family members.
Not sure if the Guardian II has his name on blade.

Not being a metal man I made my blades from
Gaboon Ebony and Carbon Fiber in the '70s.
Not quite sharp enough to shave with, but stick it in,
snap it off, and leave a lasting impression.
