I bought 3000 Argentine from Normaand have loaded and shot a few. I was conscious of seating them properly and inspected each one carefully. I wound up with two misfires on the first attempt and they detonated with no issue the second go around.

I inspected the primers and the two that misfired had light primer strikes and all others had good solid strikes. It might have been my gun but could have been the primer. I never have an issue with other brands and wonder if it could have been inconsistency in the metal thickness of the primer cup or possibly bad seating although I inspected each.

Tomorrow I’m going to sit down and load about 50 and take them out and see what happens. I shoot them in my model 28 which gives a good hard strike.
