The problem is there are still many folks that have been waiting for months that have not been approved, yet some are now getting approvals in record time.

Are resources being diverted from the older applications? Are the rapid approvals getting the same scrutiny as paper applications?

Note that I think the entire NFA is unconstitutional and should be abolished, but one has to wonder WTH is going on behind the curtain at the ATF...
